What do we do?

What you can expect on a typical Sunday...

We would be pleased to welcome you to our family-friendly church any Sunday. One of our deacons/members will be at the door to greet you when you arrive to make you feel at home.

From 10.45 am - 12 noon there is a family service with a special welcome for children. There are activities for all age ranges and the services are lively and interesting.

If you aren't as young as you used to be, well neither are some of us, we have comfortable chairs, access ramps, accessible toilets and induction loop hearing.Whatever your age, the atmosphere is friendly and informal.

Our Sunday evening meeting is more traditional in style, although still pretty informal, and is from 6.30 to 7.30 p.m.

Worship is conducted - usually by our Pastor, the Reverend Mrs. Brenda Toft or Mr Stephen MacLean- at 10.45 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. every Sunday.

FAMILY SERVICE 10.45 a.m. - 12 noon
A service for all age groups mixing traditional and contemporary worship styles, making use of Powerpoint, Overhead projector, CD's and traditional hymns.
Children and adults worship together for the first part of the service. The children leave halfway through to attend their own classes. There are classes suitable for all age groups, including a Bible Class for over 11's.
During the school summer holiday Sunday School takes the form of a Children's Club.
On the second Sunday in each month there is an all-age family service when the Brigade Companies parade.

PRAYER MEETING 6.00PM          EVENING SERVICE at 6.30 p.m - 7.30 p.m.
Adult worship, teaching and fellowship, informal in style, preceded by a prayer meeting which starts at around 6 p.m.
Communion is held on the first Sunday in the month in our evening service, and during the morning service on the third Sunday in the month.
